Been here for years neighbors are polite and kind Update 10/22/2022: The area is getting worse cars are being broken into on a weekly basis, cars are getting stolen, and tires are being taken along with other things. The police aren't doing anything about it, parking authority won't do anything, they state you are parking there at your own risk. Essex Phoenix Mills parking lot is small and the wait list is long for a parking spot so you are forced to park in a parking lot or on the street where vandalism is happening weekly.
