My dental appointment was a breeze. Everyone was very professional and friendly.
I wish that you could get the same hygienist each time you go for a cleaning. I feel that people do not stay at this dental office very long. There are always a different hygienist each time I go for a cleaning and this time I got the worse cleaning ever. I was done in 20 minutes if that. She was terrible. I felt like she did not care about or maybe knew what she was doing!! I felt like my teeth are not clean. I could just have save me insurance money by not going!! From the scheduling of the appt to the visit this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The office was nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating professional and friendly. They answer all of your questions before even having to ask. Dr. Makay and his assistant Jenna was amazing they made you feel very comfortable. I would most definitely recommend anyone to go here. Thank you all for the pleasant experience.

What a fantastic experience at Essex Family Dental. The facility is bright and clean with state of the art equipment and all the staff there could not have been more helpful and professional. By far the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist.

My dental cleaning was pleasant and informative. The hygienist and I talked about caps and the need to use a water flossed or Santa’s floss with these teeth in particular. She was gentle and compassionate.
