As usual, from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out, you are treated with respect and professionalism in every aspect of the practice. I've always had less than good experiences previously with dental practices until I came upon Essex Family Dental and Dr. Castellano. The care, environment, expertise, compassion and quality are exceptional and second to none!! My wife and daughter are also patients and fans of Dr.C and the crew! -Faruk
had to have a crown put back in that had fallen out, Caitlin greeted me right off, she is very nice and I like her. Very professional. Waited 10 minutes and then was called in. Lynn was great, extremely personable and made me feel relaxed as I am nervous around dentists. Took care of my crown for me and then Dr Feeley came in. He is the Best Dentist I have ever had!! We had a nice chat and then I was done.
I learned a lot to day at the dentist. I had some questions about my dental care and both the dentist and the hygienist answered my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Now I am more confident about my dental care.
There is very little waiting time and when extra work was needed they were able to do it immediately, sparing me a return visit. The dreaded application of Novacaine was surprisingly painless due to expertise of dr.
