Thank you for the excellent service I appreciate it very much being a business owner. The pitch for extra's with respect to dental procedure should be lowered. Not ever one carries dental insurance. I for one do not. For example I was asked to have X ray at a cost of $68.00 and that this was a part of the State of Vermont's requirements and also the Professional Liability was requesting this info. When I say no thank you it should be left at that. If the above is correct then I should be presented with this information above... read more

Had a routine cleaning that was a really pleasant experience. I am always a little skittish when visiting - but you guys are always so pleasant and professional. I really appreciate it a lot!
I always enjoy speaking to Caitlin and the staff. Jamie is my favorite hygienist.
Service started on time and went very smoothly. Just wish the marketing of fluoride treatments weren't so overt and every time that I go for a cleaning.

I love it there I have nothing negitive to say!!! I love the goodie bags of floss and a toothbrush and my sticker of my next appointment to put on my calendar I love the nice people and the facility is very clean
The Staff are great...congenial, engaging, professional, and give top quality service. I was totally shocked when the first words to me at check out were "your insurance is all used up and your charge for today, with the senior discount, is $206.10." We were totally unprepared for this! I might suggest that a patient is told prior to service that his/her insurance coverage is not adequate to cover the expected services....especially at the end of the year (and near Christmas) so that the appointment and service with charges ... read more
