Listen better after surgery. I had a knee replacement on Jan 25 of this year and my knee is worst now than it was before.
Can’t testify to the doctors work because whoever answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful.
My wife and I have seen multiple doctors at this practice for various sports injuries. We've received great customer service and the physicians quickly diagnosed and treated our injuries. We've both been to the physical therapy practice downstairs and received excellent care there as well.
I had a torn bicep tendon from the shoulder. Dr. Hawkins never informed me we needed to do a procedure right away in order to correct it. I’m deformed for life because of this. No offer to try to correct it, nothing. Thanks a lot Dr. Hawkins.
My children and I have all had a wonderful experience at Essex Orthopedics. The staff is highly knowledgeable and professional! Definitely recommend!
I took my son to Dr. Arvidson for a sports-related knee injury and was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and level of caring. He did a wonderful job of explaining our son's injury and then giving us concrete steps for recovery. Since that visit, our son's injury is much better and he is excelling in baseball and basketball in a pain free fashion. Thanks Essex and Dr. Arvidson!
