I recently picked up my boat and I got to tell you it was a easy smooth and comfortable process. These guys are straight shooters and I really enjoy doing business with them. I know people who own boats that said lots of good things and that’s my reasoning for coming to them, but I gotta tell you I really enjoyed this. They’re like family. They treat you like a part of their family. And as far as I’m concerned, their product is the best in the industry by far.
Do not buy from Essex if you need parts or you need any upholstery that they supplied and installed they will not help you with this. you are stuck with what you are stuck with. I needed a center seat replaced that blew out while driving in palm springs and asked them to build or replace with a new one that they supply and manufacture and Steve said nope he can't do it and won't sell me the materials or parts. Terrible business practices and customer service. Essex had my boat for an insurance repair job for nearly FIVE months, and did not complete several repairs that they billed the insurance company for. Steve and Ron are horrible business men and far from trustworthy. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for repairs on your Essex boat.
