We recently purchased a completed 2025 Essex 28 Fusion from the Essex showroom and we couldn’t be happier! The boat rides like a dream and it’s incredibly functional for our family of four (+ guests). Steve and Cindy were very easy to work with and even called after our first weekend on the water to see how everything went. They are a family owned company who treats YOU like family. We can’t wait to enjoy this boat for years to come!
I recently picked up my boat and I got to tell you it was a easy smooth and comfortable process. These guys are straight shooters and I really enjoy doing business with them. I know people who own boats that said lots of good things and that’s my reasoning for coming to them, but I gotta tell you I really enjoyed this. They’re like family. They treat you like a part of their family. And as far as I’m concerned, their product is the best in the industry by far.
Do not buy from Essex if you need parts or you need any upholstery that they supplied and installed they will not help you with this. you are stuck with what you are stuck with. I needed a center seat replaced that blew out while driving in palm springs and asked them to build or replace with a new one that they supply and manufacture and Steve said nope he can't do it and won't sell me the materials or parts.
