Horrible service from Auriel, he was so rude and continuously keep pressuring us to buy today when we said we were looking to buy sometime around the month. He was condescending towards us when talking prices and when we left, he came outside the store and screamed “thank you for wasting my time”.
Went there for an oil change the washer in the plug was damage they said it was liking for other 2 parts the cost of repair was 2400.00 I said no they charged me 246 for lying to me as I refused to do the fake repair . I went to a certified European shop in Kendall and they said it is the washer it cost nothing with the oil change so you see in the Doral dealer are thieves
