At least now I know who to call for the rest of the time we own our house. Luis was great and very professional. I wish we knew about this company before we used 3 of the worst in the valley. But we will be very glad to have Esser come and do some other checks on our ductwork and get a new airscrubber soon. Thank you for fast service Luis and company. This is a company that has integrity. All of the staff are super friendly and responsive. Very quick scheduling too. Marco was great. Solved my issues, explained the process clearly and has a great sense of humor as well. Will definitely continue using them and referring them to friends.
This is the 3rd time I’ve used Esser. As expected I was completely satisfied with the results! Marco was very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the required repairs. There was never any pressure to purchase anything outside the scope of repair but he did have the information AFTER I inquired. I will definitely use their services again should the need arise. Top notch company!
