I ordered a rough country lift through them and had it scheduled to be installed a month after ordering it. When the time came to drop the truck off they said they didn't have all of the parts..... (someone had called out) so I brought it back the next week. It took 2 days for them to install a 6" lift on a 2500hd.... 16 hrs roughly...... I had ordered a steering stabilizer and rear wheel spacer for them to install as well. I went in to get a price on a lift kit for a 95 Jeep Wrangler. There was a lady up front who I spoke with that was beyond rude. The only answer she could give me was everybody is at lunch and somebody would call me. Mr. Penner was sitting in the office to the right and never once bothered to come out and answer any questions. I was told someone would call me. Never received a phone call. I guess they do not need anymore business.
A friend ordered a 6pt cage from them, after waiting a few weeks he called to check on the order and they apologized because they lost the order. The cage showed up a week later and looked ok. I bought the vehicle before the cage was installed and wanted some help in the form of pictures to determine how the tubes should be mounted. I would go elsewhere.. Tried to order lift, was given one price with installation, Called the next week, the price went up.. Ended up ordering it from a compedtor and got everything much less. And the people at the other place was much more friendly.
