We had such an amazing experience with a peaceful morning yoga session on the beach in Del Mar. Our instructor was communicative and on time. It was truly a special session that my friends and I will never forget <3
I have done a few private sessions with Natascha and absolutely LOVE! Her sessions are a perfect balance of spiritual energy, hands on adjustments and kicking my booty! I left each session feeling strong and balanced. She is a total sweet heart and I highly recommend. :)

Her understanding of my body type and how to best match my life style with a personalized yoga work out is second to none.
