This obgyn experience was by far the worst. The waiting room would be crowded to the point of standing room only, it’s very apparent they overbook just to bring in extra money. Then dr tells me i need a procedure & the receptionist shared that she tells a lot of people they need that procedure. I got a second opinion & didn’t need any type of procedure. Never went back
Insane? I made an appointment for an annual women’s wellness video including Pap smear. Under my insurance this is covered as primary care - when I told the front desk they said “they always charge specialists no matter what so made me pay a higher copay (which when talking with billing later she told me next time I come in to call again and not pay because I paid for specialist copay when it should have been primary and the difference is double). Don’t waste your there this place is a scam they do not care about ppl they just want money the doctor don’t care about thrrr patients they give me antibiotics I called in cuz I was getting so many side effects they wanted me to come in n pay again after I just paid 500$ the doctor won’t call you or give you your results unless you pay again it’s sad cuz your looking for help n willing to pay all kinds of money n they don’t care to help u I told her check everything I’ll pay i don’t care how much it is she walked out claimin... read more
I had my first visit at this office today. Waiting was long but that’s ok. While leaving from the office the front desk was very rude when giving my future appointments. I think she needs to ask patient about our availability for next visits. She tried to impose her availability rudely! Polite staff is important.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience with Essential women’s health. I was told to schedule a scan for possible fibroids and scheduled at the Edison office and then booked a separate follow-up at the Piscataway office just to review the results. I paid for the visit, waited over an hour, and was then told the doctor couldn’t locate my scan report. She said she would call me with the results — but never did.
