They will schedule you for unnecessary visits and it doesn't matter if they just say hi/hello. No assessment and examination. They will still charge you. They billed me $190+ each time I saw them.
Visited the Henderson office for the free preventive care well woman exam. Specifically asked for the preventive care visit when I made the appointment, at the reception and when the doctor came in. Dr Samantha Schoenhaus did the bare minimum, so bare, she checked only one of my breasts. Apparently the other one was too far away all the way around the chair Unfortunately, a month later I received a bill for $75 on top of the $254.13 insurance payment. Hello, I just wanted the women that are looking for a doctor that cares and a staff that cares it is not this clinic. My wife called to see a if she could be seen by her obgyn and they were not caring and not understanding the severity of the issue. The front desk put her on hold for 12 min to come back with no answer no possible solution as to what can be done. I went in office with her about 1 hours later and the front desk staff as well as the manager a small asian women showed no empathy to the severity of the situation.... read more
