I have worked with Jen for years. She has helped me truly change my personal mindset on weight. I now focus on having a healthy body fat percentage and building lean muscle. I do not focus on the scale. She has helped me see that taking care of my nutrition is an on-going lifestyle and is always there to support me in this process. She is personable and I have always felt comfortable with her in guiding me in my journey of being the best I can be.

I just started to work this Jen! I have tried many other places and never felt right...I finally found someone who listens and really does care about your health - she does not try to push products or get you to believe in the new fad of the day! If you want to work with an amazing lady who knows her stuff who will listen to you, provide you with the right information to help you make the right choices, Jen is your girl! I've been working with Jen on and off for the past few years. Her knowledge and expertise have assisted me through my personal goals. From qualifying for provincials in power lifting in a lighter weight class to training and competing in the worlds hardest marathon. I have lost fat, gained muscle and keep up my energy levels though out. Jen has been there to answer my questions and keep me on track whether I needed advice or a push to stay on the wagon.
