Ownership contacted me through Google maps cuz they don't want you to know that they're extorting people. I've called several times. I went there for an appointment for ADHD medication. I was patronized and insulted after they didn't look in my medical history And they just continue to set up appointments refusing to do the one appointment I signed up to do They have still yet to prescribe me my ADHD medication Don't go there. If you’re looking for a clinic that will just leave you in the lurch after your therapist leaves, this is the place for you. If you like stability and consistency, look elsewhere. I’d been working with an amazing therapist here for about 2 years. He left me with a solid plan to start working with a new therapist at Essential Insights. Excellent staff. Gavin has great insights that are hard to find anywhere else, and it’s immensely refreshing to find a therapist that is openly queer and gender nonconforming. It gives them a truly unique perspective, able to relate to both the feminine life experience and the masculine (and in between, too). That kind of flexibility in perspective is really rare in professional settings, and I’m beyond thrilled to find somewhere that DOES have such a person on their team. Would absolutely recommend.
