Richard was excellent. He explained to us different things that he noticed along the way. And showed us a problem that we may have in the future, but we were ok for now. I am definitely happy that we hired them to figure out why our furnace all of a suddenly stopped throwing out heat; and we tried everything that we felt comfortable doing to fix the problem ourselves. Horrible service. They came to work on my air over a month ago. I prepaid for everything and nothing. Continuously called for over a month waiting to get just an update on when someone would come out just for nothing. What can I say other than they really got one over on me.
