I'll update my review 4/30/19 that's when I have an appointment.
I signed up for this in Dec 2017 was charged $ 29.97 x 3 mos....never recd card or any kind of no. And could not use but it came out of my checking acct. Called 3 times promised card never got. Called today and of course they witdrew another payment...I asked to cancel and I will not get a refund......but for the one they took out today cause their no way of knowing if I used it.....how can I use it if I dont have the card or my mwmbwrship id number. Essential Care Program is a rip off.
Love this place, very caring, professional and reasonable. I've been going here for several years now and would not go anywhere else.
Good service, but we were charged out of network fee of $14.00 X 4, but when we called they said we were in network..
