Dr. Shin was amazing!! Went in for root canal and was weirdly a pleasant experience! No pain during.. and no pain after! The staff was super friendly and attentive!!! Highly recommend seeing her!!! A plus is that she is local!!
Dr. Shin and the surgical assistant were efficient during my RCT procedure. They were very clear regarding details of the procedure and the findings. The whole process was relatively painless, and I would recommend them to anyone.
The ladies at the Willow Park locations was AMAZING, From the front desk assistant Aly, the dental assistant Kassye and the dentist Dr. Shin! No wait time, as soon as I got into the room they started the treatment plan. Once it was determined what I needed(root canal) it took less than 10 minutes for them to bring back the coverage and out of pocket cost.
