My recent first visit was a great experience. I was able to be worked in at a reasonable time and the front office staff was friendly and helpful. The Docs assistant was efficient and professional also. I chose Dr Williams because of his distinguished medical school credentials including Harvard medical school and UT Southwestern for his dermatology specialty. Always professional and friendly employees. Thorough examination of any issue I go in for. Always feel like the staff listens. Very efficient and fast check in and check out. I appreciate the follow ups.
Dr Cooper and nurses are respectful and pleasant. They made me feel at ease. The receptionists are kind and helpful. The reception area and exam rooms are very clean and organized. I trust Dr Cooper with his diagnoses and treatment plans for my health conditions.
