Sarah is my go-to for deep tissue massage therapy in Lethbridge! I have been going to her for several years now and she always takes the time to assess what is bothering me and come up with a plan to target it. Her fascia release technique is a huge relief and on more than one occasion she got me moving again when I had acute muscle injuries. I really appreciate that she has the option of longer massage times than other therapists in the city as well!

Sarah has a beautiful space and some great products. I tried this gum and it’s making a huge difference in sensitivity in my teeth (especially if I miss chewing just one piece every day).
