We had Drew come out to clean our lower living room and some stairs, the carpet is 4 years old with no stains or water damage. After cleaning, the carpet remained wet for over 2 days even with fans and a dehumidifier running. The carpet then had a musty smell that was not present before. We had Drew come back out and he lightly treated and cleaned the carpet but it did not help the smell. Drew then said he could either clean the carpet the again or give us a partial refund.
