I had a really great experience getting my ear piercings done at Essential Beauty! The staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything was clean and professional, and they explained each step clearly. The piercing itself was quick and almost painless, and they gave really good aftercare advice. We had the best experience today at essential beauty from the moment we walked in to the moment we left! The 2 ladies working this morning were so friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. My daughter had her nose pierced and the piercer did an amazing job. She took the time to go through the stud options and thoroughly explained aftercare so that my daughter knows how to care for it. 10/10 service! We will definitely be back!
My daughter had her ears pierced (needle) by Aila and Beth about 3 weeks ago and they did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Not only did they explain all the options and answer questions without rushing us, clarify everything that would happen and cover after care in detail etc with both of us, they also helped my daughter's anxiety by giving her lots of reassurance the whole way through.
