Aila took great care in ensuring my child's ear piercing position was optimal, which I was very pleased with. I was also very appreciative that while she explained her reasons for encouraging the piercing gun method for children, she didn't push this on me as I had already decided on the needle method. She was assisted by Steph and they both interacted really well with my child.
Conch piercing.... EB Fountain Gate was a fantastic experience. Aila was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She gave a great service and was super friendly. Highly recommended and we'll definitely go back again.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this piercing shop yesterday. I went in for my second lobe piercing and a helix piercing, and the entire experience felt overwhelming and poorly handled. The room door was left open, and there were loud teenagers talking outside the whole time, which made it hard to feel calm or comfortable. While the piercer was doing my piercings, she was very rough with my ear and began explaining aftercare while the needle was still in, even though I was clearly in pain and struggling to cope.
