Just had my nose piercing done with Aila at Essential beauty in Fountain Gate. Aile made sure I feel comfortable and explained the whole procedure before piercing. I highly recommend her service. Thank you
We had the best experience today at essential beauty from the moment we walked in to the moment we left! The 2 ladies working this morning were so friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. My daughter had her nose pierced and the piercer did an amazing job. She took the time to go through the stud options and thoroughly explained aftercare so that my daughter knows how to care for it. 10/10 service! We will definitely be back!
My daughter had her ears pierced (needle) by Aila and Beth about 3 weeks ago and they did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Not only did they explain all the options and answer questions without rushing us, clarify everything that would happen and cover after care in detail etc with both of us, they also helped my daughter's anxiety by giving her lots of reassurance the whole way through. Beth was incredibly professional, gentle, and informative while guiding me through the piercing process; from choosing the right jewellery for me to making sure I was happy with the result. Wow! I went in to the shop having no expectations of buy anything. But the beautifulllll piercer I had, her name was Shery, picked out the most beautiful earrings out for me. Honestly, her customer service is why I ended up leaving with a whole new blinged out pair of ears! Thank you so much Shery! I will be back !
