I had a team from Essential Air to replace old damaged flexible ducting with metal ducting that will last. They did a great job in a cramped attic on an unseasonably hot day. Our technician Dwayne Cross was very professional, friendly and efficient. He did a thorough ductwork job in our attic, and also took pictures of the completed job to show us. He went above and beyond to make sure the vent cover was the right size, and installed correctly. We give him 5 stars. Thanks Dwayne for an excellent job done.

a $900 job turned into a $2000 job. The guys that came were lovely and they did the best with what they had on had but when they came to quote the job they should have said they couldn't do the work because they didn't come prepared with the right equipment to move my washer/dryer safely without causing property damage. Also, they only provided half of what I asked for from the guy that came and did the quote. Very accommodating!!!! We had hassles & Issues with our Gas stove delivery timeline. It was embarrassing to have to call & set up a date for them to come out & hook up our stove numerous times over months! They were always pleasant, helpful & had a sense of humour!
