your medical assistant Mary is Lazy. I needed a medication and the pharmacy had no inventory. so I made a mistake of messaging my doctor, explaining the situation, what my options or alternatives were. I messaged MY DOCTOR. and TWICE IN THE past six months Mary goes "oh no so sorry you aren't feeling well well you need to call the nurse care line" what??? call the nurse care line and say the pharmacy doesn't have my medication I messaged my own doctor and asked what my options or alternatives were and Mary said to call you? ... read more

The rudest nurses who told my brothers wife, who is disabled, that she would not be fit to be a mother because of her crutches and acted surprised she was married. Now they're picketing for more money? They don't deserve to work helping humans as it is. Save your health and go to st. Luke's.
Called twice to ask for lab results, gave all info necessary and was told “I’ll have a nurse call you back in a couple minutes”. Few hours go by and I’m still curious so I call again and do the same thing over and I ask “I was told a couple minutes not a few hours” and then was told once again that they’d call back.
