The rudest nurses who told my brothers wife, who is disabled, that she would not be fit to be a mother because of her crutches and acted surprised she was married. Now they're picketing for more money? They don't deserve to work helping humans as it is. Save your health and go to st. Luke's.
Called twice to ask for lab results, gave all info necessary and was told “I’ll have a nurse call you back in a couple minutes”. Few hours go by and I’m still curious so I call again and do the same thing over and I ask “I was told a couple minutes not a few hours” and then was told once again that they’d call back. Forced self check in for everyone is an ENORMOUS step backwards in customer service. I don’t mind doing a quick online check in, but when volumes of information needs to be confirmed, photos of ID cards, etc. it is too much. I witnessed numerous people struggling and loudly giving out their personal information to a person on a screen. So disappointing. Do better Essentia. Update 3/10/25.
