I spent two weeks contacting my doctor and her team about switching to a medication that didn't have any negative side effects. I wrote 5 emails, and called 4 times. It took them two weeks to say no. I also was open to other medications. Still, I was given the laziest answer. These doctors clearly only care about themselves and not their patients. I was supposed to be contacted by community outreach and i havent heard a word from them. No messages nothing. So i tried to contact patient relations and nobody answered the phone. I think there are some people around there that don't take their jobs seriously and are just there for a paycheck.
