I was supposed to be contacted by community outreach and i havent heard a word from them. No messages nothing. So i tried to contact patient relations and nobody answered the phone. I think there are some people around there that don't take their jobs seriously and are just there for a paycheck.

Not a clean environment at all. Try to call billing to resolve a bill I don't owe and those lazy ppl won't answer or return calls. Horrible system. Billing dept SUCKS -10 RATING FOR THEM
Literally call and get hanged up on trying to schedule an appointment. Awful.
