I’m visiting my sister here in Duluth, and I was helping her do renovations in her house and I cut myself. I arrived and Cassie B was working the front desk and she was so sweet, nice and funny. She made my stress go away from being nervous.
The staff is very friendly and helped me very quickly. They got testing done and I was out in a few hours.
We went in for urgent care early on a Saturday morning for my husband and two young children. We were there for over four hours to find out it was the flu and the charges for my two young children and husbands urgent care visit ended up costing $2,000. The representative I spoke to stated this was due to the urgent care facility being located in the hospital. I believe this level of additional charges should include a sign at the door.
Megan was an incredibly dismissive nurse practitioner, and when I called to change antibiotics less than 18 hours after it was prescribed because I was experiencing side effects, they told me I had to return into urgent care, which is irrational seeing as they already had my diagnosis from a positive culture. There is no need for a return office visit, just greed.
