This review is focused on the “free valet” service provided by the hospital. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER. YOU CAN DO IT WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER. The reason it is “free” is you become signed up for calls from all sorts of absolutely insane stuff. I’ve been called about tax relief, credit card debt services, senior living, multiple charities, everything and anything you could imagine that would prey upon people under duress and general spam. I have been accompanying my friend during her chemo infusions for the last year. The nurses have been awesome and very helpful, even with just running snacks and warm blankets. However every time I’ve gone to the cafeteria it’s been unpleasant… some workers have been friendly but there’s one employee in particular who has been nothing but rude. The care that was provided by the cardiology team for my son, was EXCELLENT! From the crew in the ER, then the 17th floor RN’s, to the PA, Ultrasound tech, CT scan tech and MRI tech, lab workers , pharmacist, floor nurses and Doctors. They worked hard to get an accurate diagnosis . Took the time to update us and answer our questions . We are grateful for their care!
Absolutely Stellar experience. My sister Rose was with them for 3 weeks and received exceptional care. EXCEPTIONAL. 2 serious surgeries, time in the ICU. I can't say enough good things or thank the entire staff enough for their exceptional skill and loving service. 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you everyone, I love you all!!!
