I was seen for a foot injury over the weekend. The injury was so severe that I could not bear weight on my foot. The ED doc came in to evaluate, and I left with the incorrect diagnosis on the wrong part of my leg! As an NP, I know she should have ordered an MRI to back up the complaint. No wonder this hospital has so many complaints. I have been dealing with a broken tendon! THANKS!
Not sure why but don't bother trying to get updates about a loved one who is in ICU and intubated. Apparently if more than one relative calls they get super pissed off, and will scold you for twenty minutes to puck just one person, then when you agree, give them your phone number for updates to tell the waiting family, they will never call you. Staff is organizing and knowing that they are carrying for my older brother, who can be a little hard to talk to a bit of a pain 😆. You're medical staff are great thank you for caring for my brother and all the people in need of your assistance you all do it with great care for the person.
The 3 doctors my beautiful mom encountered were absolutely inconsiderate, judgemental an just didn't care,never took time to even come back with result's from tests,xrays or even surgery just forgot about her. Saddens me to see our health care going in this direction!!! Beautiful facility to bad the doctors for my beautiful mom are NOT!!!! I would not recommend bringing a loved one here!!!! On a positive note most of her nurses are wonderful! Thanks to you!
