Clean and never too busy.
Health care starts with staff at the front door, not computer kiosks. One is for lack of employees to provide for patients and deceptive billing practices during preventative care appointments. Taking my family and our business elsewhere. Good riddance.
Kiosks are not a replacement for registration staff, and a clear prioritization of profits over patient care. I am young, tech savvy, and not generally resistant to changes like this, and still found them frustrating to use to update information and check in. I can’t Imagine how difficult they are for anyone with disabilities or those who aren’t good with new technology, or how it feels to be greeted by a screen when coming in with serious worries and concerns about one’s health.
