Health care starts with staff at the front door, not computer kiosks. One is for lack of employees to provide for patients and deceptive billing practices during preventative care appointments. Taking my family and our business elsewhere. Good riddance.
Kiosks are not a replacement for registration staff, and a clear prioritization of profits over patient care. I am young, tech savvy, and not generally resistant to changes like this, and still found them frustrating to use to update information and check in. I can’t Imagine how difficult they are for anyone with disabilities or those who aren’t good with new technology, or how it feels to be greeted by a screen when coming in with serious worries and concerns about one’s health. The people are very friendly.
I had my first appointment here today, and I must say they have fantastic staff. I don’t often leave reviews, but I was somewhat impressed, everyone was very friendly and made me fairly comfortable. I normally don’t like/enjoy going to Dr. appointments, but this time I actually came out with a smile on my face. That being said Dr. Nelson was very informative, helpful, and personable!
