The ER is absolutely awful. If you can go elsewhere do it. The staff has no compassion or empathy. The cleanliness in the waiting room, exam rooms, halls are filthy. Contamination is high, not washing hands and being aware of spreading possible contamination by the staff is really concerning. Staff and security are laughing at patients in the waiting room. Completely unacceptable.

Worst 2 doctors ever i get referred here as thyroid issues & neither one of these idiots will treat me Dr . Richards who is here temporarily & Dr. kiblawi in the mean time I get to continue feeling like crap and hair , head tingling tired on & on crap I'm filling a complaint to Day against both of them I don't recommend either one of these 2
Sorry to say I have ended up here on a couple of occasions, But the care has been 5 star. Every one really likes there jobs here . and the healthcare is the best. Thank You.
