first time getting a pedicure, definitely go back
I was nearby to this salon and decided to have a mani done. When I walked in I immediately felt welcome and relaxed. The salon is beautiful! I asked the gentleman if they take walk-ins and he said yes. I noticed a sign that said “cash only,” and this is the first time I have ever seen an ATM in a salon but how convenient! It was a clean and relaxing environment. Jade was professional and made me feel comfortable.
For the most part everyone is really kind and does a great job but I've had a particular lady twice and both times she did a sloppy job. She even cut me twice and didnt apologize. She recognized the flaws in my nails and most places I've gone to would re do the gel polish if it wasn't applied right. She would not. I think its rude and unprofessional to do a poor job and still charge a customer full price. Next time ill have to make sure to only book with certain techs.
