I’ve been to this salon a few times before and usually had a pretty good experience. I’d always get my full service, pay afterwards, and leave a nice tip. The other nail techs have always been kind and professional. However, this last visit really changed my view. The lady who worked on me this time—she was at seat number nine—started off by filing my nails and giving me a massage, which was fine.
