I had a great experience at Essendon Family Medical Clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and very caring throughout the whole process. Special thanks to Shela for being so kind and supportive. I really appreciate that they offer iron infusion at an affordable price compared to many other clinics. The procedure was smooth, and I felt well looked after. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality and affordable care.
Had a great experience with nurse Sheila to receive my iron infusion (pregnancy). She was very gentle and had a nice caring nature. Would highly recommend coming here if you are in need of an iron infusion while pregnant. Not many clinics offer this service. The clinic is also new and well presented.
I had an iron infusion here. The whole process was easy from start to finish. I was able to get an e script for the iron over the phone, picked up the iron and brought it in. Catherine was my nurse- she was fantastic, gentle, friendly and efficient. The room is dedicated for infusions, with comfy recliner chairs and a nice view of the street. The infusion was the cheapest I’ve seen at $150 for the service plus $50 for the script (plus buying the iron itself). Thanks team!
I had a really positive experience getting an iron infusion. From the moment I arrived the nurse was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain the entire process, which immediately put me at ease. She also checked in regularly to make sure I was feeling okay throughout. Dr Sood has been my GP for many years and she is truly amazing. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive the right support and care. I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment with her, which says a lot about her commitment to her patients. The new clinic is fantastic, and the whole team is just as wonderful. I wish Dr Sood and all the amazing staff continued success and thank them for the incredible support they provide to the community.
