We have had nothing but expertise and excellent service from Essendon Eye Clinic, Dr Elvis Ojaimi, Bernadette, Clare and the team that treat my 96 year old mother and have treated her for nearly ten years with expertise, care and efficiency. Thank you Essendon Eye Clinic for saving mum's eyesight.
Great place to blow off work. When I made the appointment, I was warned it could be anywhere from 1 to 5 hours depending on what patients came in on the day. The advice was to take a day off from work for what should have been a quick appointment. Seems I was lucky - I had the first appointment of the day and managed to get out within an hour an a half. For last 20 days me and my son are trying to contact the doctor but the phone call goes in voice mail and says some one will call you back. No one has called back.
Very poor telephone contact. Gave up after three disconnected calls of one minute wait time.
