Dave completed a major renovation and extension for us in 2025, which involved completely gutting the existing home and adding a substantial extension to the rear. We decided to use David to renovate our single-fronted worker's cottage in Inner Melbourne. It was an involved renovation - the whole place was gutted back to four walls and dirt floors. In the midst of the worst of the pandemic, David was able to deliver a finished product that we were happy with. He has an attention to detail and is always reponsive, even after moving in. He's always there to follow up. We'd gladly recommend Essendon Builders.
