great place! I really liked it.
Had my first haircut there by Natalie and she was awesome! Listened to me and did exactly what I wanted, so friendly and funny!
Jennifer did a balayage color for me and it is so great! She knew exactly how to blend with my natural color so grow out would be a breeze. Going into any salon can be intimidating, especially when the stylists are so fabulous, but everyone at Essence is so kind and so personable, they all make you feel right at home and part of the family. I'll be coming to this salon every time I'm in Mountain View.

I am really glad that I found Essence Salon. I 've seen Tommy couple time . He always listens to what I want, and give me the greatest advice to suit my face. He gave me the color and cut are absolutely what I love.
