Established in July 2004, our desire was to create a contemporary-yet-authentic Indian restaurant. Our intent was to have you enter Essence of India and encounter a comfortable, casual feeling that was welcoming and sophisticated, all at the same time. Excellent Indian food. The staff is also very nice. Great for a date or a small group of friends. Highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Biryani. From the bar, the vodka Elephant Ride is amazing.
A very nice place, clean and the food is good. Might be hot spicy so you must tell them how you want it.
