RecommendedVery helpful staff. My baby girl has a slight cold and so I went to Giant to search for elderberry syrup. Asked the pharmacist for help finding baby friendly product and he had no clue what to offer. We visited Essence of Health shortly after that and the gentlemen working that night was extremely helpful and kind. Found us exactly what we needed and even stayed a few minutes after closing to check us out. I highly recommend this place for all of your holistic health needs.
I can't say enough great things about this place. The owner is full of knowledge and has helped me tremendously in getting my quality of life back. He put me on the right migraine protocol and I've been migraine free for months!

I love this place! I can always find what I'm looking for and the service is extraordinary. They always go above and beyond to help me find what I need, give expert advice, and even special order products that I request. Definitely recommend this place!
I love their grilled chicken sandwich. I usually stop in the morning when I am on my way to the gym and get some penut butter toast. The staff knows me. Its a nice quaint little breakfast hub/coffee shop. The french toast is good.
