The service is great, but the payment is feeling like a scam- I got a $55 pedicure, paid with card so they added a fee, they used gel polish which they charged for, and I’d asked for chrome on top which they also charged for(a powder they rub over the polish) my total exceeded $85 before tip. I would have liked to know anbout each additional charge while making my polish choices. $30+ dollars on top of the cost of my service is excessive.
I have been going to Essence for years! I've never left disappointed. Very clean, professional and friendly environment. You can tell the staff really care for their clients and enjoy what they do. I would highly recommended them to anyone! The owner is very nice and considerate of all his clients. Kim especially does the most amazing pedicures!!
I’m not from here and wish I did. The technician Cindy did an amazing pedicure. She was personable, made sure I was comfortable and had a beautiful servant heart to make my experience that much more pleasurable. Please come see her in this beautiful establishment and enjoy a cocktail or two! I’ll be back Cindy just for you!!
My first time going to this place. Went in and paid $164 for acrylic nails with designs. Guy was really really nice and funny. I’ve been doing my nails for 20 years, And this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a nail tech really not listening to their customer as of what the Customer wants. Also really overpriced For a simple design and mediocre work. But I loved the guy sense of humor.
