Arrived for my laser treatment appointment today only to find that they had completely shut down with no notice. My daughter and I had purchased packages that cost $1200 recently. I'm extremely upset and will be reporting your business to fair trading.
Hi I see the clinic has shut down at Greystanes without any consultation with us as we were there just last week. I'm owed a few treatments still, can you advise where you moved to or advise on my refund?
Very Unprofessional staff.. They do not have knowledge on different skin types for lazer..I would not recommend.
Unprofessional and would not recommend the facial and laser treatments .The staff are not trained properly and the experience was not what I expected .I recommend that further training needed in using the equipment properly and an understanding of different skin types and skin care for different ages.When you try to follow up, you are threatened .Beware!!!!scaring
