Disappointed in this clinic as I spoken highly of them and recommended my husband here, he paid for 10 sessions upfront and had only done 2 sessions, they've cancelled the appointment and there was no communication/reason as to why appointment has been cancelled. Turns out the store has CLOSED DOWN. Extremely unprofessional and he's lost money. There's no website linked or contact number to resolve this privately and peacefully either. Arrived for my laser treatment appointment today only to find that they had completely shut down with no notice. My daughter and I had purchased packages that cost $1200 recently. I'm extremely upset and will be reporting your business to fair trading.
Hi I see the clinic has shut down at Greystanes without any consultation with us as we were there just last week. I'm owed a few treatments still, can you advise where you moved to or advise on my refund?
Very Unprofessional staff.. They do not have knowledge on different skin types for lazer..I would not recommend.
