RecommendedHighly recommend Kate! She's a wonderful personality, good conversationalist, knows her craft well, and gives great haircuts. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating whether in person or on the phone.
Kate "The Great" gave me the most beautiful hi-lights! I've had strangers stop me and ask where I get my hair done, they just love my color, thank you Kate! 🥰💕 Oh! And she knows all about curly hair :D
From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted with friendly smiles and polite receptionists and/or management. This feeling is carried out the entire time I spend in the salon. The hair stylists are very professional and I always leave with the style that I envisioned...and more!
My whole family comes here, my wife and daughter have hair done and get services I dont understand. When I get my haircut Kate is wonderful. Russell at the front desk is always smiling and takes care of the appointments. great job team.

Essence is an excellent place, I've been going for years and have always enjoyed exceptional service, have been going to haircuts regularly and then I found out they do massages as well! had a neck and shoulder massage that cured a headache I had for weeks. everyone here is awesome, especially Missy, she knows how to run a salon well!
very poor business policies. the manager Missy is not a very nice person.
No loyalty to customers. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid this place like the plague.
