if you're pregnant or have little one you need to be a patient. she doesn't just adjust you she treats your whole body. even if your a man or not pregnant you need to see her. she's amazing!!!

I cannot say this enough. Chiropractic care is amazing and a great resource when you think all else has failed. But finding a chiropractor that really know their stuff and lovely and truly loves their patients can be hard. BUT look no further. Dr. Ashtiani is the one! She will not only treat you but your whole family. She really loves her work and you can see it in your care. She will listen with a full heart and with love guide you in your health journey. Dr. Shabnam Ashtiani will also help guide you in more natural ways of a lifestyle too which will help your overall being too. I am not exaggerating when I say finding Essence Chiropractic and wellness made my life and all my kids life 100 times better. Please go see her even once. I swear you will be hooked on her care immediately; even in one visit you can see how chiropractic care from her will help you and you'll keep going back...

When I came to Dr. Ashtiani I was 28 weeks pregnant and could barley walk. She was great at explaining the steps that she would take to treat me and giving me realistic time lines for recovery. She gave me advise for things I could do at home to aid in helping my complications and thankfully she had me back on my feet quickly! She is always very attentive and helpful! The best part is she is so patient and loving with my other 2 toddlers who are constantly being “helpers” during my appointments. Yes, I 100% recommend, she is amazing!

Love the care I've received from Dr. Ashtiani for over 2 years now. I started going for my 1st & 2 pregnancy and continued P.P. for both. Highly recommend! I have seen Dr. Ashtiani for about a year now and am so thrilled with the results. Together, we’ve tackled some lingering postpartum tailbone and hip pain as well as excruciating left sided neck and shoulder pain. With every visit, she makes sure to listen to my issues and offer helpful advice. She is also a huge supporter of local and small businesses which I absolutely love. YES, I recommend her! I recommend her for being so gentle and patient with our baby, helping him both inside and out with his reflux and tummy troubles. I recommend her for genuinely caring for my toddler, who wasn’t even her patient, but came along a few times. I love her office. It’s so relaxing for EVERYONE. She does the best customer appreciation events, and genuinely cares for all of them! I love going in to be adjusted as well, and I honestly feel as though I’ve known her for ever and love her beautiful little soul! She is so caring and passionate about what she does, and it shoes in every action and visit. Thank you!!!!

I’ve been coming here since i was 34 weeks pregnant with baby #2. I had such a quick labor and i 100% give the credit to them. And here we are and baby #2 is almost 8 months old and we still see her weekly for my sons adjustments. You won’t find anyone better to care for you and your family!
