I was recommended Essence Carpet Cleaning from one of my neighbors and they did not disappoint! Adan was communicative, quick to schedule and it was such a seamless process! Will definitely use again in the future!!
Had a great overall experience with Essence and Adan in particular. He was very responsive, timely, courteous and professional. Loved the quick-dry dry cleaning method he used and my carpet and oriental rugs look like new.
Next time I get my carpets cleaned I won’t even shop around…I’ll just call Essence. Adan did a great job! He was courteous and professional, and his price was better than the companies that spend a fortune advertising.
