Dr. Adams is knowledgeable, compassionate and spends all the time you need with you. If he can't answer your questions he will find the answer or find someone who has the answer. I hope to have him for my doctor for a long time.
This doctors office did not have a computer system. Unacceptable in 2025. I’ll trust someone else with my life.
1 Star Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve been with Esse Health for years and always received respectful, quality care—until I was transferred to this office after my previous doctor left. What I experienced here was completely unprofessional, demeaning, and unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff treated me with attitude and condescension. Every time I go here the employees seem very negative towards Veterans. They treat us like we are bad people. I am sad that the VA will let this place operate like this in 2024.
