We called to purchase a product and Doug was extremely rude, unhelpful, and very clearly uninterested in assisting my wife. She was told he was unwilling to sell her a product that they very clearly sell per the website. I would never recommend buying from this supplier.
Doug has become more than a supplier to our company, he is a trusted advisor and always willing to give advice and share his expertise! There are other suppliers in town but none hold a candle to the service Doug and Essco have provided to me personally and On Time Restoration, my company.
