I used to come to the Royal Oak location (sorry it’s closed) but I am obsessed with my permanent jewelry. I’ve had one of my bracelets on for over a year and the other one I got with my mom this year. I recently got a puppy, and I just have to say that these bracelets are truly remarkable in the sense that they really cannot break. I read online good reviews and if I made an appointment the process seemed pretty straight forward. We weren’t able to make an appointment so we just showed up to do a walk in, not expecting much in case they couldn’t accommodate us. When we got there at 12 they were closed even though their hours were posted online and on the door so we were disappointed and went somewhere else.
My mom and I got matching permanent bracelets from here about 3 months ago, and we love them! They look just as good as the day we received them. The quality is 10/10 and totally worth the price. The associate that helped me was super sweet and informative. She even influenced me to step out of my comfort zone and get both a gold and silver chain, and I’m absolutely obsessed with it! I will definitely be coming back to get more jewelry from here!
I went into this experience with high hopes and wanting a gold bracelet. I picked out the thinnest GOLD bracelet with the saleswoman and because I’m colorblind I didn’t realize until later with a friend that I was given a silver bracelet. I paid more for a gold chain while receiving silver. When I called to get this fixed, I was told that the only thing I could do is pay for another bracelet. Wasn’t even offered a partial refund.
