Dr Kaston is amazing. The woman at the front desk doesn't belong there. She's just plain mean. She has a window she'll only open just enough to see the back of her monitor and will NOT answer any questions. Will NOT ask a colleague for help. And will NOT apologize for being a witch. She pretty much ruins the visit and should retire. I'll just call her Ursula as she looks and acts like her. Again, Dr Kaston is awesome. Too bad I can't say the same about the office staff.

Dr. Kaston is the best pain specialist I have ever seen. I have been suffering for 15 years with back and leg pain. I have had 5 spine surgeries, and have really been through some horrible times with it. Dr. Kaston is the only doctor who has helped me to have relief for at least a month or so, and without any opioids - which is huge for me! He is kind, genuine, and compassionate. I can’t even find words to describe how wonderful Dr Kaston is. He genuinely cares about his patients and goes above & beyond to help them. I have seen many doctors in the last 35 years for chronic back pain. Most want to prescribe pain pills or do surgery. He tried a couple of procedures that were not invasive until he found the right one for my condition. This man is a God send & his staff is wonderful as well. Special shoutout to Robert.
