As a long-term resident of Esprit MdR, I want to express my gratitude to Resident Services Specialist Anabell Borges-Lopez for her swift, efficient management of a plumbing problem that developed in my apartment. She immediately understood the nature of the issue, contacted the appropriate professionals to remedy the situation (thereby avoiding further damage from a hole in the drain pipe) and kept in touch every step of the way. My sister and I met with Danielle today to look at the property. It was very nice meeting her and she answered all of my questions. It's rare to meet someone who smiles these days. I look forward to checking back with her in 2026 when my plans firm up.
