We've been repeat customers with our espresso machines, for years. They are highly unreliable, suspect, and have a few employees who truly have treated us like trash (last appointment, a gentleman belligerently accused my wife of trying to "get money" by asking them to fix a repair that was not done correctly). Unless you like to pour your money into a hole without knowing if there will be some positive outcome, I can not recommend this place.
