I am a big proponent of customer service. I am in the peoples business. The CRM, the dialer and the lead it’s OK, it’s good but the customer service kind of sucks. I called today just to confirm my cancellation because I wasn’t able to continue. They literally had me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes.
Jim cut straight to the root cause of my struggle with scripts. Jim cuts through all BS and is quick to lend a hand to help the people he works with. Can’t recommend him enough!
