I am a big proponent of customer service. I am in the peoples business. The CRM, the dialer and the lead it’s OK, it’s good but the customer service kind of sucks. I called today just to confirm my cancellation because I wasn’t able to continue. They literally had me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes.
