We are the largest producer of sausages in Manhattan. In business since 1933 in the same hells kitchen location where we are located today. We are proud to be USDA inspected and manufacture over 16 varieties of pork and chicken sausages. We sell wholesale only in NYC but have nationwide individual shipping available via our website.

This place has become my favorite go to for all meats! The service is second to none! The pork belly I purchased for my Chashu, which I like to make for my Ramen was cut, rolled and tied to perfection! Located on 38th and 9th Avenue, highly recommended!!
