Very good gym, clean and well organized. The atmosphere is very motivating and it feels comfortable to train here. They have plenty of equipment for both weights and cardio, and everything is in good condition. The place is spacious and doesn’t feel too crowded, even when there are people. The staff is friendly and always attentive. I also like that you can train peacefully without distractions. Overall, it’s a nice, complete gym and perfect for making progress. I recommend it 100%.

This gym has completely changed my fitness journey! The staff is super friendly, and the variety of equipment is impressive. I love the classes too; they keep me motivated and engaged.
I joined because they offer water aerobics or if you prefer, you may swim laps.
Staff and cleaning crew are top notch, friendly, helpful and attentive. Facility is keep very clean. Various machines are scheduled for service and typically take some time to repair. Hot tub is often broken with repair taking weeks, so unavailable, but clean when it's open. Juice bar is a nice feature here with good staff. Update: Apr 2026- some new/updated machines replacing older units. Recent work on pool and hot tub, yet still having issues. Some new staffing, as typical, very friendly and helpful.
